My stay at A R Thangakottai was honestly disappointing. The place looked fancy, but the service fell flat, and the food was a total letdown. The beautiful architecture and comfy bedding stood out, but they couldn't save the overall experience.

The staff appeared overwhelmed, possibly due to the high guest capacity and low number of employees, leading to a frustrating and unsettled atmosphere. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this resort based on my experience. 😞
